Ross is both a Certified Public Accountant (VA License #53075, NC Certificate #46672) and IRS Enrolled Agent admitted to practice before the IRS, as well as a Virginia Authorized Agent registered to represent taxpayers before the Virginia Department of Taxation.

In addition, Ross is a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist, a designation awarded by the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers to individuals with proven expertise in resolving a wide range of tax problems.

Unlike many other tax practitioners, Resolve CPA does not outsource work overseas or rely on undertrained staff, PERIOD.
